Every patient begins with a two-visit Clinical Evaluation. You'll complete an Initial Visit, labs if indicated, and a Results Consultation before beginning treatment.
Your $249 evaluation includes a 45-minute Initial Visit and a 30-minute Results Consultation, with labs in between. Together, these help determine whether treatment is appropriate—and, if so, the right protocol for you.

"I'd tried peptides before — bought them online without really knowing what I was getting or whether they were right for me. Meeting with an actual clinician and working out a protocol built around me was so much better."
Rachel S.
"I came in curious about peptides but overwhelmed by everything I was reading online. My clinician helped me understand the options, the research, and the tradeoffs so I could make a decision that felt right for me."
Christine C.
"For the first time, I felt like someone was looking at my health as a connected whole — not just trying to solve a single symptom."
Lauren B.
"The consultation felt collaborative from start to finish. We discussed my goals, reviewed my labs, and talked through multiple approaches rather than jumping straight to a prescription."
Jen M.
"Booking was easy, my clinician was responsive between visits, and the plan felt genuinely tailored — not off the shelf."

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that help cells communicate. Different peptides play roles in metabolism, tissue repair, hormone signaling, and immune function.
In peptide therapy, your clinician determines whether a specific peptide is appropriate based on your health history, symptoms, goals, labs when indicated, and available clinical evidence.
Products labeled “for research purposes only” are not intended for human use and come without medical evaluation, personalized prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, or ongoing monitoring. Our care is clinician-led, with prescriptions filled by a trusted pharmacy partner and support throughout treatment.
That's what the Initial Evaluation is designed to determine. It begins with a 45-minute video consultation, followed by labs when indicated and a 30-minute results-review visit. Your clinician will assess whether treatment is appropriate and explain the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. An evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.
Many peptides are administered by subcutaneous injection, which is a small injection beneath the skin. Depending on the prescribed treatment, other forms may be available. Your clinician will explain how to administer your medication and provide detailed instructions.
No medical treatment is risk-free. Safety depends on the specific peptide, your health history, other medications, and the clinical context. Before prescribing treatment, your clinician will discuss the known risks, potential side effects, and relevant alternatives with you.
Peptide therapy may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with certain active medical conditions, or for those taking medications with significant interaction risks. Your clinician will review your medical history to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.
The Initial Evaluation is $249 one time. If you enroll in ongoing care, $50 is applied toward your first month.
The Peptide Care Plan starts at $349 per month, and the Weight Management Plan starts at $449 per month. Both plans require a three-month minimum and are available only after an evaluation, if clinically appropriate.
Medication is included in the monthly plan price. Labs and DXA scans are billed separately at cost. knwn. is a cash-pay practice and does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
